What we collect

When you complete the seven-day read form or the newsletter form, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company and any message. To help us understand where enquiries come from, we also record the page you submitted from, the referring site, and any campaign parameters in the link (for example UTM tags). If you accept analytics cookies, we collect aggregate, anonymised usage data.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, to send the insights you asked for, and to understand and improve how the site performs. Enquiries are stored in our customer relationship management system, Pipedrive, which acts as our processor under contract. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except with processors who help us operate, under appropriate safeguards.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent for marketing emails and for analytics cookies, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running our website securely. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies and analytics

The site loads no analytics or marketing cookies until you accept them through the banner. If you decline, nothing beyond what is strictly necessary is loaded. Where enabled, we use privacy-respecting analytics with IP anonymisation. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s storage in your browser.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for legitimate business records, then delete it. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@rck-pm.com. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or the Spanish AEPD.

International transfers

Some of our processors may store data outside your country. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
